3. Intellectual Property

All software, code, processes, and methodologies developed by Goh Ventures Private Limited remain our exclusive property unless explicitly transferred to the client under a separate written agreement. Clients receive usage rights as outlined in individual service agreements.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Ensure proper access and permissions for implementation
• Comply with security and data protection protocols

5. Confidentiality

6. Service Warranty

We warrant that our automation solutions will perform according to agreed specifications, with an uptime of at least 99% during the warranty period specified in individual service agreements. Support for resolving critical issues will be provided within 24 hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

Goh Ventures Private Limited's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from automation errors or data inaccuracies.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions with 30 days' notice to clients. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Goh Ventures Private Limited is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice if the other party fails to comply with the terms and conditions. Upon termination, clients will retain usage rights to delivered solutions as per the service agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled through arbitration in the jurisdiction where Goh Ventures Private Limited is registered.

12. Compliance

Our services comply with applicable regulations and industry standards, including data protection laws and financial reporting requirements. Clients agree to use our solutions in accordance with these regulations.
